INNOMARITIME has been awarded with the detailed electrical engineering package for OFSS of project “EAST ANGLIA ONE”.

The EAST ANGLIA ONE windfarm, off the East Anglia coast in Scotland, comprises 102 windturbines with a total generating capacity of 714 MW. As a central component, the Offshore Sub-Station (OFSS) shall collect the electric power generated and shall transmit it to coast facilities via two HVAC export cables layed on the seabed.

The Offshore Sub-Station for “East Anglia One” is currently being built by NAVANTIA SF-PR Shipyard for Owner IBERDROLA.

NAVANTIA has awarded the complete electrical EPC package for the OFSS to our partner PRO ELECTRONICA SUR.

INNOMARITIME shall take care of the module’s detailed electrical engineering, including the modelling of cable trays and cable routing with FORAN (CAD-CAM) system.

Electrical engineering works have started in February 2017 and are scheduled to extend until the end of this year.
